Product Introduction
Gantry cranes or Goliath Cranes are very versatile cranes used typically for activities in steel warehouse, precast yards, construction sites, port, train station, powe plant and other outdoor applications.
Include single girder gantry crane, double girder gantry crane, semi gantry crane, trussed gantry crane. Suitable for indoor and outdoor usage.
These cranes can be completely customized for SWL, span, lifting height, speeds, control method and class of duty to suit the actual applications.
Semi gantry crane are a cost-effective alternative which just have one side support leg, the other leg traveling on the ground rail, the other side is the end of the bridge girder same as the overhead crane end beam, it is traveling on the bracket rail. They are also an ideal supplement to overhead/bridge cranes at the workstation level.
The advantage of semigantry crane is that it can be installed below overhead cranes that already exist. That realized the extensive cover of the floor area.

Crane motor
Single girder semi gantry crane motor is Nanjing rand, double girder motor is Wuxi dongda/Boneng/SEW brand
Girder Division
Make main girder divided into two or more parts, convenient for transportby container, and assemble with strong bolt.
Electric Equipments
For crane and winch power supply, usually we equipped Schneider, ABB, Siemens brand. Inverter equipped Yaskawa brand.
Lifting mechanism
Include hoist and winch for single girder semi gantry crane and double girder semi gantry crane.
Steel structure
Q235/Q345 carbon structural steel. Main beam with strong box type and standard deflection.
Wheel
Light capacity equipped with general LD wheel, heavy capacity equipped with high quality forged wheel or wheel group.
End Beam
Half of Semi Gantry Crane need to travel on workshop’s top rail, similar to overhead crane. Therefore, need to equip with end beams.
Ground Beam
Ground Beam connect with support legs, travelling on the floor rail. Ground beam use reliable motors, ensure stable travel.
Main Beam
Q235/Q345 carbon structural steel. Strong box type with standard deflection. If deliver by container, then need to divide the main beam.
Maintenance Cage
Maintenance cage is a small mechanism, workers can stand on this cage and offer repair or maintenance for crane.
Support Legs
Support legs support the main beam and lift mechanism. It can be box type and trussed type due to different use situation.
Different Types of Gantry Crane
semi double girder gantry crane
Semi gantry cranejust have one sidesupport leg,the leg traveling on the ground rail, the other side is the end of the bridge girder same as the overhead crane end beam, it is traveling on the bracket rail.
If the crane is used indoor, in order to save space and save cost, semi gantry crane is more suitable, it is just need one side column and runway beam.
Full Type Gantry Crane
Full type gantry crane have two side support leg, and both traveling on the ground rail.
If the crane is used indoor, and there haven’t any column and runway beam, full gantry crane is more easy to install and disassemble.
